Football exercise for strength development and cover drills 1v1 defendin
The guys pulled first and then pushed out of the square. Later we used balls. The first task was to defend the ball that was on the cone. The second task was to keep the ball in the square as long as possible. I recommend taking time, then the boys try harder. Size the squares to determine by the quality of the players.
