Ball Mastery and coordinations for beginners. Football training at home. This time must be used to develop skills and of course, power.

Training includes:

  • 5 exercises to develop football skills for both right and left foot
  • 1 exercise 20-25 reps (20s)
  • 10 coordinating exercises
  • there is a 30 second break after each exercise

Materials:

  • place 1,5m x 2m
