HIIT high intensive interval training designed in the form of a TABATA where you exercise for 20 seconds and relax for 10 seconds for eight reps. This TABATA is designed for very high intensity exercise in the anaerobic zone. The training includes exercises in which high intensity can be achieved. This TABATA is designed for active athletes who are fit. I do not recommend this table for those who have some health problems, because it is a high intensity interval training !!

TABATA contains exercises:

  • 2x wall sprint
  • 2x burpees
  • 2x high knees
  • 2x jump over the line
